Spring Charity Day - 19th April 2026, Henlow

We are hosting a charity day on Sunday 19th of April 2026, at the Henlow Parish Hall. There will be a choice of 3 sessions, with all proceeds being donated to a local charity voted for by attendees.

Sessions and timings (all classes are £8):

• 11:00 - 11:45 am - Vinyasa Flow

• 12:00 - 12:45 pm - Gentle Hatha

• 1:00 - 2:00 pm - Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath
