January Class Round-up!

This January was the start of my independent classes at the Henlow Pavilion. It was so special spending the evening with my little community. I can't express how grateful I am for everyone who came along.

Each class follows a routine which is accessible for participants of every level with a mix of elevated or floor based postures. Chatting is definitely allowed and relaxing is 100% encouraged!

I have so many plans for Untethered Yoga so watch this space!
